The perfect gimmick to send a bright flash from the magician's hand. The Flint Flasher (also known as the Hand Flasher or Topi Flasher) is a small device that clips onto the finger, a flint attached to the side is struck by the thumb like striking a cigarette lighter, sending a spark into the small chamber, this then ignites flash cotton (available separately) to produce a bright flame.
