These are given a little mix and held in a face down fan for the spectator to freely choose one. Now all you do is 'taste' the back of the card with a fingertip and instantly name the chosen drink. Repeat this a few times until the spectator assumes the cards to be marked. Then prove this is not so by repeating once more - while looking away!
