This is a great version of a stunning piece of magic. A clear balloon is inflated and secured with a knot. Now you take a long sharp needle (it is sharp!) to which is attached a length of ribbon. Sucker Colour Change Silks
This fine routine was developed by Tom Waterman and includes an additional routine by Jack Channin.<p>A strikingly coloured silk (lets say red) is clearly shown in your otherwise empty hands. Slowly tucking the silk into your closed fist, it starts to emerge from the other side of the fist but is now a totally different colour (lets say green). The more you tuck in the more emerges. When the silk is 'half dyed' the magician starts to push it the reverse way and it changes back to red as it goes. This is done several times until you are finally accused of having two silks.<p>Possibly the audience have seen something like this before. At least, they may think so until the finale - then WOW!!
